<p class="isSelectedEnd">Mr. Francis Kamote is the Program Manager at Youth Peacemakers Tanzania (YPM), where he provides strategic leadership and coordination across the organization’s programs and initiatives. He works to ensure effective implementation of projects that empower young people, promote peace, protect the environment, and contribute to sustainable community development.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">With a strong focus on youth engagement and community development, Francis supports the design, coordination, and implementation of programs that create meaningful opportunities for young people to participate in positive social change. His work brings together areas including <strong>environmental conservation, sports for development, peacebuilding, youth empowerment, and community engagement.</p><p>As Program Manager, Francis works closely with staff, partners, stakeholders, and community members to strengthen program quality, promote collaboration, and ensure that YPM’s initiatives achieve meaningful and sustainable impact.</p>
